Hiking Lake Altaussee         7,8 Km / 68 m                    

The trail around Altaussee is suitable for the whole family, including baby carriages. The road around the lake is for runners, walkers and families very popular. The Altaussee is surrounded by some very beautiful mountains and there is a boat rental, boat and beach restaurants line the Altaussee offers some secluded beaches to relax on. 

                     

Ardningalm MTB - Tour       13,7 Km / 643 Hm      

The managed hut Ardningalm you'll reach on the mountain bike tour in the Upper Styrian Ardning after 4.5 km. By the end of the Iglsfeld there are still 2.5 kilometers and 250 altimeters. Very beautiful on this tour are not only the pastures and mountains but also the species richness of flowers and plants. 

       

Garstnertaler MTB Tour   30 Km/ 928 Hm        

The MTB - Tour in Upper Austria between Spital am Pyhrn and Rosenau am Hengstpaß offers some good view points to Garstnertal, Dead mountains and national park. There are no steep and technically challenging forest roads. The very nice mountain bike - tour is for all suitable. Großer Knallstein - Mountain tour  16,9 Km / 1493 m         

The hike on the mountain tour to the summit of the Großer Knallstein 2.599m is a very stamina-challenging hiking trip on a well marked trail without safety ropes and ladders. In any case, you should have a good fitness, for the entire tour takes about 9-10 hours. Good hiking shoes and a neatly packed bag is absolutely necessary because there is no managed hut on the Mountain tour . The Großer Knallstein Mountain tour is very eventful hike, as it leads from the idyllic mountain village St. Nikolai in Sölktal through the vegetation zones almost to the glaciers zone.

                           

Hauser Kaibling MTB - Tour        27,7 Km / 898 m         

The Hauser Kaibling MTB - Tour in Haus im Ennstal is a very scenic featured, medium MTB - Tour. Along the tour there for those who do not have such a hurry some beautiful pastures and restaurants with the best chance to take a break. Scenically beautiful are the three pastures in the Gumpental. Only the 500 m long and 25% steep dirt road in front of the large storage pond is a bit technically challenging.

     

Hinterstoder - Höss MTB Tour       31 Km / 1080 m

The mountain bike tour in Hinterstoder is a moderate and very eventful MTB - Tour. The very striking mountains form a beautiful backdrop for this MTB - Tour of Upper Austria. Only the descent along the cliff from Edtbauernalm down to the Rottal is technically demanding. The MTB - Tour Hinterstoder is a well-marked, official mountain bike tour.

    

Hochmölbinghut - Raidling    18,2 Km / 1054m

On the varied nature trail there is much to discover and the Moorplatform offers a wonderful view. On many panels you can learn a lot about the structure and history of the Pürgschachener Moor. 

       

Salzkammergut MTB Trophy 2010   73 km / 2355 m      

In the Salzkammergut Trophy in 2010 were offered six routes with 27, 37, 53, 73, 119 and 211 km. On the Mountain - Mega Event 2010 more than 4,000 mountain bikers from 30 nations have participated. The from me driven and here described Route C with 73 km and starting point in Obertraun on Lake Hallstatt was new in the Trophy program. An overall very trophy - dignified route that should give in the coming years.

          

Schladming Planai MTB - Tour      32,9 Km /  1163 m

The MTB Tour Planai is an official and as "02 Planai - Round" well marked mountain bike tour in Schladming - Dachstein Tauern Region. The starting point and goal of this scenic, charming MTB - Tour the station Planai, on the outskirts of Schladming / Ennstal / Styria / Austria. Totes Gebirge road bike tour     206 Km / 2.144 Hm

As a reward for all the effort, the cyclists will find a variety of attractions. For Example - Grimming, Ausseerland, UNESCO Natural Heritage Region Hallstatt, Bad Goisern, Bad Ischl, Traunsee, Gmunden and the views of the mountains of the Kalkalpen National Park.

     

Windischgarsten MTB Tour       31,6 km / 856 m           

The MTB - Tour Langfirst in Windischgarsten - Upper Austria leads through the National Park Kalkalpen and is one of the moderate MTB - Tours. On this tour you get wonderful insights into the National Park Kalkalpen and has superb views to the alps Dead Mountains and the mountains around the beautiful starting point Windischgarsten. Along the tour there are seven public huts and cabins.
