The second of the two easy cross-country trails in the cross-country and biathlon center Innerrosenau is 3.4 to 4 km long. That depends on whether the inner loop near the snack station Ebentaler still running or not. This description of the easy cross-country ski trail at the pond Lambergerteich includes not this task. As starting point, I have chose the second small parking lot between the snack stations at the pond Lambergerteich and snack station Ebentaler. The start of the tour is very easy since it goes slightly downhill, and after 600m you reach the lowest point of 775m. Before the break in the beautifully situated snack station Lambergerteich there are two small climbs. Only from 1.8 km to the snack station Ebentaler to the turning point at km 2.6 the trail is a little uphill. Who will not want to keep running back to the starting point has two very good ways to run on moderate trails up to the Biathlon Center - Medium-track trail Variant 2 and Medium-track Variant 3. |

Until the Biathlon center is still 3 kilometers away. The first of five parking spaces is at the pond Lambergerteich after only a few hundred meters. Of the first three parking spaces you have an easy access for easy cross-country ski trail Lambergerteich. For all other cross-country tours in the Innerrosenau you park the car near the Biathlon Center. The cards you get at the ticket machines or by the Biathlon Center, inn Hinterreither and inn Ebentaler. The shooting range is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. In summer you find in the Biathlon Center Innerrosenau a 2.5 m wide and 1.8 km long asphalt runway. The ski scooter, inline skates and an air rifle you can borrow it. Rosenau am Hengstpaß is located 6 miles from Windischgarsten towards Hengstpaß. The municipality in the District Kirchdorf an der Krems has a population of about 800 inhabitants and an area of 108.2 km. The Windischgarstnervalley is connected via the Hengstpaß with the Styrian Enns valley. Large parts of Rosenau am Hengstpaß be in the national park.
